Who we are

This website is operated by Tacoma Concrete Contractors, a concrete contracting business serving Tacoma and Pierce County, Washington. You can reach us on (253) 316-8702 or through the estimate form on this site.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the estimate request form we collect the name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and project description you enter. That information is emailed straight to us so we can reply. It is not stored in a database on this website.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: which pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, the site you arrived from, and your device and browser type. We use this to understand which pages are useful and how people find us.

How we use it

We use the details you submit only to answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate and carry out work you ask us to do. We use the automatic data only in aggregate, to improve the site. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. It sets cookies in your browser and processes data on Google’s servers under Google’s own privacy policy. We also use Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights, which report on how the site appears in search results and how quickly pages load.

Some pages embed a Google Map. When a map loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, just as if you had visited Google Maps directly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; analytics simply will not count your visit.

Who else handles your information

Our website is hosted by our hosting provider, whose servers store the site’s files and serve its pages. Messages sent through the form are delivered to our email provider. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not pass your information to anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries sent through the form stay in our email records so we can refer back to past jobs and warranty questions. Analytics data is kept for 14 months, after which Google deletes it. If you would like an enquiry you sent us deleted, ask and we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by phone or through the form and we will respond. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
